I have traveled to so many places in the United States, and they all have their own unique qualities that set them apart, but they are all very special. Right down to the gems, there’s something for everyone on this America’s to-do list.

Of all the places in America, these are definitely going to be the best one …….

Best travel destinations in the USA

1. Mackinac Island

This location in Michigan is pretty unique in that you won’t see any motor vehicles other than ambulances and police cars.

People use bicycles and walk. A perfect place to relax. It has beautiful beaches and hotels.

Known for its delicious fudge, you should try it. Arch Rock is one of the most popular archaeological sites. Fort Mackinac attracts many history buffs. 

2. Missoula

One of the most charming cities in Montana.

The Clark Fork Riverfront Trail is his one of the biggest highlights here. The ‘M’ Trail has always caught people’s attention and knowing that will make you want to go there too.

For history buffs, the Fort Missoula Historical Museum is a must-see. 

3. Rehoboth Beach

One of the most beautiful cities in Delaware. It is home to beautiful beaches.

Silver Lake is one of the most popular tourist attractions.

Rehobobo Beach and Boardwalk offer spectacular scenic beauty. The breakwater trail is great for hikers. The Rehoboth Beach Bandstand is known for hosting great music concerts. 

4. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Located in Michigan, this is one of America’s most beautiful parks. Great for camping.

Tourists come here for dune climbing. Glen Lake, just 14 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, is also worth a visit. 

5. Breckenridge

One of the most beautiful cities in Colorado. Breckenridge Ski Resort is one of the most desirable locations here.

Boreas Pass Road is great for cycling.

The McCullough Gulch Trail is a beautiful trail loved by hikers. Sawmill Reservoir is a beautiful lake and a great place to spend some free time. 

6. Channel Islands National Park

Channel Islands National Park consists of five ecologically rich islands off the coast of Southern California. Diving and kayaking for a unique experience.

If you are lucky you may spot whales or dolphins.

Very popular for kayaking and hiking. The wildlife here is so heartwarming. 

7. The Florida Keys

They are a group of tropical islands in Florida. Known for fishing, diving, snorkeling and boating.

Duval Street is known for its shopping, restaurants, and beautiful museums.

The Dolphin Research Center is perfect for a family outing. 

8. Santafe

The state capital of New Mexico is known for its Pueblo-style architecture.

The Museum of International Fort Art is a unique experience.

Skiing Santa Fe is a beautiful ski area. Therefore, if you are here in winter, you must experience its beauty. 

9. New York City

This is not surprising at all. Must be on the list. New York City has many attractions, including the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, the High Line, Central Park, Times Square, the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, and the Brooklyn Bridge.

You can see a lot of Broadway shows, and there are a lot of fine dining restaurants.

A full visit to NYC requires at least a week. 

10. Portland, Maine

Peaks Island, just 20 minutes from Portland, is one of the most spectacular. It is the most popular island in the Kasovay archipelago. Portland is also known for its excellent brewery tours.

Portland has a beautiful lighthouse.

Old Port is one of the famous downtown areas. The Portland Art Museum is a must-see for art lovers. 

11. Badlands National Park

South Dakota’s Badlands National Park is one of America’s most beautiful national parks. A scenic drive on the Badlands Loop Road is very fulfilling.

Notch Trail is one of the most adventurous trails. The views from the Pinnacles Overlook are spectacular.

Panorama Point is also a must-see. 

12. Pacific Coast Highway

If you’re looking for a different road trip, the Pacific Coast Highway is for you. The scenic views are mesmerizing. Mendocino offers great wine tasting. Stinson Beach is his one of the most spectacular sandy beaches.

Santa Cruz is a great place to stop and enjoy the roller coasters. Pismo Beach is beautiful and a great place to relax.

This is his one of the best road trips in California. 

13. Monument Valley

Known for its beautiful sandstone formations, Monument Valley lies on the Arizona-Utah border. Several Hollywood movies have been filmed here. The Tribal Park Loop is a beautiful and scenic drive.

The view from John Ford Point is spectacular. 

14. Gulf State Park

Located in Alabama, it is one of the best places for outdoor activities of all kinds. You can hike, fish, kayak, paddle and much more.

There is also a golf course and tennis courts.

The white sand beach looks spectacular here. A great place to spend time with family. 

15. Cleveland

One of the best cities in Ohio. Playhouse Square is one of the best ways to have fun. Edgewater Park is a great place to spend time with your family.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is one of the main attractions here.

The Greater Cleveland Aquarium is a great place to see marine life. 

16. Mesa Verde National Park

It is known for its well-preserved ancestral Pueblo cliff dwellings, especially its massive cliff palaces.

It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Colorado. 

17. Glacier National Park

Located in the Rocky Mountains of Montana, it has glacier-sculpted peaks. There is a route to a photogenic unexplored lake. Other activities you can do are camping, biking and backpacking.

Lake McDonald is a huge attraction and beautiful.

I love Hidden Lake, it’s my favourite. 

18. Sequoia National Park

Sequoia National Park, adjacent to Kings Canyon National Park, is one of California’s most captivating sites, including the Giant Forest, General Sherman Tree, Crystal Cave, Moro Rock, and the famous Tunnel Log. People go hiking on Mount Whitney.

Don’t miss Crescent Meadow Road. 

19. Kansas City

I love this city and will definitely return to this city known for its BBQ, fountains and jazz heritage.

Don’t miss BBQ at Joe’s. It is my favorite. 

20. Havasu Falls

A breathtaking waterfall in the Grand Canyon, Arizona.

Every year, about 21,000 visitors come this fall. 

21. Orcas Island

It is the largest of the San Juan Islands. Enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, camping, and lake views. I clicked a lot of selfies there. From May to October he can also see killer whales during the salmon run.

Mount Constitution is one of his most popular landmarks. The views from here are spectacular.

Morgan State Park is huge, with lots of hiking trails and waterfalls. 

22. Mammoth Caves, Kentucky

Located in central Kentucky, Mammoth Cave National Park is a sprawling 53,000-acre park filled with beautiful caves, where visitors can also participate in cave tours. Grand Avenue and Frozen Niagara are two of his most famous caves.

Other attractions include Diamond Caverns, Nollin Lake State Park, and Nollin River Lake. This is one of my favorite him on America’s bucket list.

Located in Baker City, Oregon, this museum showcases journeys on the Oregon Trail. There are also events, translation programs, and trail programs.

24. Alcatraz Island

It is home to an abandoned prison in San Francisco. To avoid the crowds, book your tickets online and secure an early slot. You will love the audio tour. He is one of the most interesting places.

If you’re in San Francisco, the famous Golden Gate Bridge is a must. 

25. Volcano In Hawaii

Hire a car to see Kilauea, the most active volcano.
Another volcano is Mauna Loa, also in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
A little scary, but fun to watch.
Hawaii is known for its many beautiful places such as Maui, Waikiki, Ohio, Hanahi Highway.
Lots of beaches and walking areas. One of my favorite places on my US bucket list. 

26. White Sands National Park

I drove early in the morning because I didn’t want to see the footprints.

The park opens at 7am.

First, visit the White Sands Visitor Center to learn more about the park.

It is known for its dramatic landscape of rare white gypsum dunes.

Lake Lucero is a must. 

27. Niagara Falls

Oh how I loved that waterfall. It’s very big, so don’t forget your passport if you want to see it from the Canadian side as well. It is the fastest moving waterfall in the world.

Experience adventure on the Maid of the Mist boat. Be prepared to get wet. Don’t miss the Cave of the Winds at Niagara Falls State Park.

Old Fort Niagara is a fulfilling experience for history buffs.

28. Brooklyn Bridge

It connects the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Walking the Brooklyn Bridge was an unforgettable experience for me. Really spectacular.

We ate pizza at the famous Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. It was great. 

29. Bryce Canyon National Park

First, go to the visitor center to find out more about the park.

Located in southern Utah, Bryce Canyon National Park is famous for its spiraling rock formations, hiking trails, and sunrise and sunset points.

The Queen’s Garden Trail is my favourite. Take a scenic drive and be amazed by its surreal beauty.

Rainbow Points and Inspiration Points are really great. The Rim Trail offers plenty of photo opportunities. Bryce Point offers great views. No wonder it is popular among tourists. 

30. Redwood National And State Park, California

You can enjoy hiking, camping and scenic drives. The most spectacular sites are the Trillium Falls Trail and Fern Canyon.

Golds Bluffs Beach and Lady Bird Johnson Grove are my favorites.

The Klamath River Overlook offers spectacular coastal views. Stout gloves are his one of the most popular gloves here. Humboldt Redwoods State Park is very impressive. Big Tree Grove is really huge and fascinating. 

31. Diablo Lake

Diablo Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. Located in Washington state, it is very popular for canoeing and kayaking. The Diablo Lake Trail is his 7.5-mile hiking trail popular with hikers. 

32. Joshua Tree National Park

It consists of a barren desert landscape and rugged rock formations. We had so much fun climbing the carved rocks. The Joshua Tree looks spectacular at sunset. I clicked some pictures there.

Barker Dam is a small 1.3-mile trail, but well worth a visit. The Hidden Valley Nature Trail is one of the biggest highlights.

Keys View, the highest point in Joshua’s Tree, is simply mesmerizing. Cottonwood Springs is another major attraction in the park. 

33. Wrigley Field

I also wanted to watch a baseball game at a stadium and there is no better place than Wrigley Field. It was fun.

34. Garden Of Gods

A park in Colorado. It consists of 1,300 hectares of sandstone formations and is a popular hiking trail.

It’s also a great place for camping and horseback riding. A scenic drive here is sure to make your day. it’s very beautiful. Receive a beautiful set of photos to upload to Instagram. 

35. Memorials In Washington DC

I especially liked the Lincoln Memorial and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

Don’t forget his park at Meridian Hill, Washington.

The Marine Luther King Jr. Memorial and the US Navy Memorial are truly impressive. 

36. Maroon Bells

Maroon Bells are two peaks in the Elk Mountains about 112 miles southwest of Aspen.

Has beautiful lake and iconic mountain views 

37. Miami

Who doesn’t know Miami and its famous beaches? Nightlife and clubs are exceptional. I loved Cuban food.

I was overwhelmed by the spectacular Super Blue Miami Art Museum.

Live Miami is a gorgeous nightclub and the energy here is very high. 

38. Empire State Building

One of the many popular places in NYC is the Empire State Building. The views from this building, which has been featured in many Hollywood movies, are spectacular. 

39. Orlando

Best known for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Walt Disney World, this place is a real treat, especially for kids. Another must-see is Florida’s Magic Kingdom theme park.

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures is worth a visit.

Gatorland is a beautiful nature reserve. Children will have a great time here. 

40. Savannah

It has the second largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the United States. It is also known for its antebellum architecture and giant oak trees covered in Spanish moss.

River Street is a great place to shop and eat.

The 30-acre Forsyth Park is a major Savannah highlight. 

41. Mount Rushmore

As a child, I was always fascinated by the imagery of Mount Rushmore. I was really overwhelmed when I saw it. It’s really huge. Located in South Dakota, the campus also has a museum with interactive exhibits. 

42. Na Pali Coast

Most of the movies were shot here, so if you’ve seen Jurassic Park that you haven’t seen yet, this place will bring back memories. Located on Kauai, Hawaii, it has narrow valleys and waterfalls.

The Hanakapiai Falls trail is truly spectacular. Enjoy snorkeling and sunset tours here. 

43. Iowa State Fair

Annual state fair. I remember seeing it when I was a child.

Join millions of visitors from all over the world and be part of it.

I have seen Butter Cow in all its glory. 

44. Santa Cruz Beach Broad Walk

California beach amusement park. It looks really nice in the evening, believe me. 

45. Vail

Located in Colorado, Vail is best known for the Vail Ski Resort. It is the gateway to winter sports, especially skiing and snowboarding. It is also famous for its golf, hiking and cultural festivals.

Vail’s Sunday Farmer’s Market is very popular here. 

46. Black Canyon Of Gunnison

This national park is located in western Colorado. A major attraction is the scenic drive along US Highway 50 and Colorado Highway 92. The eastern end of the park is popular for camping. My favorite spot on my USA bucket list.

The North Rim is less visited, perhaps due to the lack of a visitor center, but the scenery is second to none. 

47. Times Square

It is a major tourist attraction for people around the world. Located in Manhattan, he’s one of the busiest places in New York City, but it’s full of great restaurants, shopping malls, and hotels.

Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum and the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum are the main attractions here.

Time Square is also known for its fantastic Broadway shows.

Bryant Park is a great place to rest and spend some free time. 

48. Liberty Bell

The Liberty Bell is an iconic symbol of American independence in Philadelphia.

A must-see for anyone interested in American history. 

49. Taos

Taos, New Mexico, is a desert town known for its artists’ homes and studios.

It is also known for its historic adobe buildings. The Harwood Museum of Art, the Taos Museum of Art, and the Millicent Rogers Museum of Art are his three famous museums here. you are really very beautiful

Taos Pueblo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For art lovers, the Taos Art Museum is a pleasant surprise. There are over 600 works of art.

The Harwood Museum of Art displays spectacular Hispanic works.

Don’t miss the Taos Ski Valley. 

50. Albuquerque

If you want to visit the biggest balloon festival, this is the place. Also known as Ducale City.

His ABQ Biopark, with its zoo, beach and aquarium, is a big draw here.

The Sandia Peak Tramway offers spectacular views of Albuquerque.

Learn a lot about Albuquerque’s history by visiting the Albuquerque Museum. The place is even more beautiful from the air and you can ride the Sandia Peak Tramway for great views.

Millennium Park in Chicago is one of the most crowded places. Jay Pritzker Pavilion, Crown Fountain, Lurie Gardens, Harris Theater, Boeing Gallery and much more. You can spend the whole day here.

If you like rock climbing, you’ll love Maggie Dairy Park.

The Lurie Garden is a spectacular botanical garden. you have to see it

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion is the perfect place to unwind. 

52. Atlantic City

Located on the Atlantic coast, it’s known for its wide beaches, great casinos, and boardwalks.

Known for its beautiful Atlantic Beach and Atlantic Boardwalk.

Steel Pier is a beautiful amusement park that kids will love.

You’ll also love Atlantic City Aquarium. There is a wide variety of sea creatures. Storybook Land is also a beautiful amusement park. Children will have a great time there. 

53. Painted Hills, Oregon

The Painted Hills geological site in Oregon is one of the most desirable places in the United States.

Seeing its beauty, you cannot resist. It takes four hours from Portland to get here. Famous for camping. 

54. Valley Of Fire State Park

Located in Nevada, it is named after sandstone formations that look like Martian landscapes.

Elephant Rock is a beautiful rock formation. There is a nice short hike called Mouse’s Tank with great views. Pastel Canyon offers him one of the most beautiful views. Not many people know this. Also known as Pink Canyon.

Balancing Rock is another rock formation that surprised me. The Firewave Trail is his one of the most popular trails here. The view from the top of Atlatl Rock is truly spectacular. 

55. Charleston

It is one of the most famous, oldest and largest cities in South Carolina. The people here are very friendly and the place is known for its well-preserved architecture and great restaurants.

Battery is one of the most popular trucks here.

The Isle of Palms Beach is majestic. You will love spending long hours here. If you’re interested in historical artifacts, visit the Charleston Museum. Sullivan’s Island Beach is he one of Charleston’s most popular beaches.
